Welcome to Stack Up Fantasy ("we," "our," or "us"), a free fantasy sports mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not download or use the App.

• You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• The App allows you to create fantasy sports teams, participate in leagues, and compete in contests. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account by providing personal information such as your name, email address, and date of birth.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

• The App may allow you to join or create Stack Up Fantasy leagues or enter into fantasy contests. By joining or creating leagues, you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines for each league or contest.
• You acknowledge that some features of the App may include competitions that are for entertainment purposes only and do not involve monetary stakes unless otherwise specified.

• All content within the App, including logos, graphics, design, software, and any other intellectual property, is owned by Stack Up Fantasy, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written permission.

• While the App is free to download and use, it may offer in-app purchases (such as premium features or subscriptions). By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment terms and conditions.
• All in-app purchases are processed through the app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), and are subject to the store's terms of service.

• You may be able to submit content, including comments, suggestions, or other materials ("User Content") within the App.
• By submitting User Content, you grant Stack Up Fantasy a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the App.

• The App is provided "as-is" and we make no representations or warranties regarding the App's functionality, availability, or accuracy.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
